The house has three floors and consists of a beautiful tiled entrance hall, a large kitchen with fireplace overlooking the two gardens, a lounge/dining room on the ground floor. The village is less than 45 minutes from Carcassonne and its airport, 90 minutes from Toulouse, 90 minutes from the Mediterranean coast and 45 minutes from the nearest ski slopes in the Pyrenees. The college, supermarket, restaurants and banks are less than 15 minutes away.
