The two spring fed fishing lakes (a coarse lake of 0.75 acres and specimen lake of 1.75 acres) are set in mature gardens of 2.1 hectares. The lakes and gardens provide a relaxing environment, even if you do not want to fish. There are an abundance of tranquil places to just sit and relax.

Secondigny (1.5kms), has a good range of amenities, including a supermarket, bars and restaurants. The larger town of Parthenay is 17kms, and Niort and St Maixent l'Ecole are 38 kms, both with TGV train connection.
