We had been house hunting for about 12 months, being resident in france and having sold our gite complex. The market was much more in favour of vendors compared to previous years. We engaged with many Immobiliers, and eventually found a property through Eric garnier at Beaux Villages. Throughout Eric listened to our brief, and suggested properties which would be of interest to us, one of which we ended up buying a few weeks ago. despite a last minute issue with a servitude, Eric was as ever responsive and resolved the issue to our entire satisfaction. I would without hesitation recommend Eric to anyone seeking to buy or sell in this part of france.
