Cathy has been wonderful
From the start Cathy has been superb. We decided to move after being in France for 11 years, but had no experience of selling. She explained the process completely, measured and assessed our property and quickly prepared our dossier for the market. Once the ball was rolling Cathy arranged all the necessary appointments and attended where it was helpful to us. We had a thousand questions and Cathy was able to answer them all, no matter how stupid or whatever the time of day. Viewers quickly started arriving, Cathy had prepared a dossier that enabled her colleagues to show their clients around with confidence, and 3 weeks later, we found our buyers, and within 3 months we were signing our house over. Even now, Cathy is still helping us with the handover of utilities and making sure that all loose are tied up for us.
