We started to register with multiple French estate agents in October 2021 at the point that my wife and I decided that we wanted to buy a home in France. Initially, we found that most estate agents operated mostly through email and our property searches initially were limited to on-line via the various websites as we were living in the UAE at the time of initiating our search. Of all agent contacts that we made initially, one person stood out from the get go. Stephanie Bessant from Beaux Villages reached out and initiated a Zoom call with me (within 24 hours of us registering on the Beaux Villages site) to make sure that she understood exactly what we were looking for and explained very throughly the process and what to expect. From this point on the support and responsiveness was frankly EPIC. On our first trip to actually view properties in France, we started our viewings in a completely different area to the one covered by Stephanie, and so she went out of her way to travel over two hours to greet us in France in what was our first trip and grab a coffee and meet face to face to see if there was anything she could do to help or support us, which was so comforting and reassuring, given we were travelling to France and viewing properties fro the first time. We picked up some very useful tips and advice during the coffee as well! From that moment on, we decided that we would place our energy looking for properties with Stephanie and Beaux Villages (although we did not declare this at the time as we still wanted to see how other estate agents responded). Stephanie wasted no time matching a range of very different properties to potentially meet our quite demanding wish list/needs and personally made sure that all visits happened as expected and also was meticulous as well as very open and honest with her feedback and follow up throughout. After a short while we found a great property and throughout the reminder of the quite long process (which is normal) to complete the purchase, Stephanie was with us every set of the way. Email, Phone, Zoom, Whatsapp, you name it, she was there for us. What a star!. I wholeheartedly and strongly would reccommend Stephanie and the team at Beaux Village for a great job well done.
