We had an excellent experience with Beaux Villages, Verteillac. They were recommended to us for our search for a holiday home in that area around of France. We had particularly been advised to ask for Anna Stewart. It was a good recommendation, we found Anna professional, knowledgable, incredibly helpful on every step of the process – which can be complicated at times. Nothing was too much trouble and when our purchase completion was suddenly postponed because of Covid-19, Anna helped in all the to-ing and fro-ing that we had to go through to finally secure our dream French home.

My wife and I worked with Sean Kelly of Beaux Villages Immobilier for the locating and purchasing of our Home in the Dordogne Area of France.
Sean was excellent in his work for us and was a joy to work with.
Covid-19 just started strong when we connect with Sean to get information on a property we were interested in. He want above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in purchasing our Home during this difficult time
Sean did Video Walk Throughs for us of the house we were interested in - including the surrounding neighborhood!
We are from the USA and have tres peu de francais (very little French)! Sean made sure we understood each step of the Purchasing Process. He kept on top of all the Paper Work and made sure we had assistances from all the other Agencies we need to complete our purchase.
When every we had a question or concern, Sean either had the answer or researched and found the answer for us.
Most important, Sean never pressured us to make a decision. He wanted us to be Fully Happy with the outcome of our French Home Purchase and we are!

Anne and Marion: stars in Verteillac!

I met Anne Kemp-Reynolds in summer 2017 on our visit to France to look to look at properties.
After a chat with Anne about what I was looking for, she showed us real possibilities and one in particular that might have become our new home, had we been proceedable at the time.
After we returned to the UK, Anne kept in touch by email and when I had sold my house and we moved over in January 2019 with everything including the cat, Anne set up viewings. Just two days after we arrived we spent a day viewing properties and we ended up buying the fourth house we saw on the first day of viewings.
Anne was friendly and easy to build a rapport with. She was very efficient and was on hand to give advice and help us through the process. She is a star and beacon in the Beaux Villages team.
I would also pick out Marion in the office at Verteillac as being another star. Marion has a command of the English language second to none. We were able to have an in-house Compris de Vente with Marion translating the documentation so that we were able to follow the process. Marion is always helpful, polite and knowledgeable.

We have finally moved into our new home and can now enjoy our ‘new life adventures’ en France.
Stephen and I would like to put on record our very grateful and heartfelt thanks to you and your wonderful team at BVI. Without your constant support, guidance, help, patience and encouragement we know we wouldn’t be where we are today.
Our search for our dream home in France started five years ago but it took us until 2019 to find the perfect fit for us. The property we found ticked each and every box for us - the blue wisteria around the doors and windows, the river frontage, the pool, the AGA cooker ... and ´the project’ for our retirement together.
Unfortunately our purchase was thwarted with set backs from the start - a tenant farmer and bail that needed to be removed, and some interesting and challenging personalities in the mix.
Despite the challenges, the service we received from BVI was ´Top class’ and ´First rate’! The hard work and sheer determination of David Crews and Marion Guyot has to be applauded and we would be grateful if you could bring our personal thanks and gratitude to the attention of the Chairman and the Directors of the Board at BVI. David and Marion worked tirelessly on our behalf to get our purchase over the line. They were courteous and professional, helpful and knowledgeable, and a beacon of light throughout the process.
I would also like to take the opportunity to thank you for your personal intervention between Christmas and the New Year when things took a turn for the worst and the vendors pulled out of the sale. Through your efforts and negotiation we got the purchase back on track.
If things weren’t challenging enough at the start of the year, COVID-19 happened and the hiatus caused further challenges and set backs. During our darkest days of ‘shielding’ the BVI beacons of light shone through, keeping our dream alive and our sanity in check.
It has been a long and winding road, but thanks to everything you, David and Marion have done for us, we have reached our rainbow's end.
